Device Identifiers Device model, operating system (OS) version, unique device identifiers (where applicable). Essential for app operation, troubleshooting, providing software updates, ensuring compatibility, and improving the Application. Performance of a contract (to ensure the app functions correctly on your device).
Legitimate interests (to improve our Application and provide technical support).
System and Usage Data System logs, application performance metrics, feature usage statistics, crash reports. To monitor application performance, diagnose issues, identify areas for improvement, understand user interaction with features, and enhance overall stability and user experience. Media Data Screen captures, camera feeds, microphone input. Specifically when you utilize the Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) feature, to transmit this media from the receiver device to a connected client device as per your initiation and control. This data is processed temporarily during transmission and is not permanently stored by us. Performance of a contract (to provide the BYOM feature when you choose to use it). Your active initiation of these features implies a request for this processing.
USB Device Data Data read from/written to connected USB presentation dongles (e.g., USB-A, USB-C). To manage connected USB peripherals (e.g., presentation dongles) to facilitate screen sharing or other interactive features when initiated by you. Performance of a contract (to enable specific features you choose to use involving USB peripherals).
Application List List of installed applications on the receiver device. To enable features that allow users to share a specific application list with mobile devices and launch applications remotely from a client device, when you choose to use this feature. Performance of a contract (to provide the application sharing feature when you choose to use it).

We do not collect special categories of personal data (as defined by GDPR, e.g., health, racial or ethnic origin) unless explicitly provided by you with your consent for a specific purpose, which we would clearly communicate.
